is there any script that has the signup thing like most free web hosts?
I dont want anything stuck on members pages from them *such as ads*
and it sets up everything
*like amount of space... username... password... etc etc *
with a filemanager for users
& is instant *such as signing up for tripod or something... your account is created instantly*

Yep, there are lots of them. I can't remember the URLs, and I'm too lazy, so you'll just have to go to Google yourself. Try looking for "Genesis script" and "Homefree". The latter is paid, but they have a limited free version too. :)
