Perhaps, but with the level of support, server speeds (that's really what your paying for) and non-cogent bandwidth, that makes all the difference. To insure speeds, we set all of our ratios VERY low for user/server ratio which insure the speeds. SO BASICALLY, everyone is almost getting a semi-dedicated solution. :D
