From the looks of it, I think PHPBB is more refined and probably has more features also. XMB looks promising, but it just isn't the best... yet...

It looks like a phpBB forum don't you think. But I think it is faster than phpBB forum for now because it does not have as much features as phpBB. But when it has more features and with more codes, it will get slower. But hey, its free :) and it looks pretty good now.

Since gcsnet is no longer around, does anyone know where XMB relocated to? I've been meaning to take a look at it, but I guess I waited too long...
