Ways to resize image via web?

This computer sucks, is there any way to resize images like photoshop can via the web, or are there programs that can do this? I've looked and no luck.

You can resize GIFs online with http://www.gifworks.com/cgi-bin/gifworks.pl. That's all I was able to find.
