Well, I signed up with them cause I was just going to make a small personal page on their free hosting. I set everything up, read the TOS, etc, etc... made the beginnings of a layout, and uploaded it (there were a few design flaws I wanted to get help with from the members here)...anyway, I realize eventually that my account has been deleted. I can't access my site or the FTP. I KNOW I didn't violate any TOS. I hadn't barely put up anything yet. So I e-mail them, letting them know what's up, and they say "most e-mails are replied to within 12 hours"...this was 5 days ago, and I still have yet to see that e-mail.

Naturally, I'm impressed :rolleyes:

I'm not too concerned about it when all I'm putting up is a small personal page where really all I need is the space.

Yeah... they deleted some accounts. Go to their forum and there is an explanation from the webmaster.

i can't believe they deleted my acc by accident...
what an unbelievable explanation... clearing spamming from the chinese users. well, shouldn't ryza you be looking at who's website is actually chinese related before u 'click delete'??? :confused:

i hav no idea how long my site has been down... i've dropped you an email with my username. you've got 48 hours. don't say i'm harrassing... you shouldn't have done such irresponsible thing in the first place. if you get it all up, i'll appreciate it. don't expect me to upload everything again. :mad:

I agree. Deluxnetwork needs to have a complete makeover and come out in the web hosting "world" without a warez forum, and actually not deleting users just automatically, rather talk to the user and sort a "violation" out. :rolleyes:

a Few accounts were removed by mistake, i have tried to rectify my mistakes
re-create accounts for people, and some people were still able to get there old files back.
and some other people are still just complaining even thou they got there accounts back,
there is only so much i can do to make everyone happy
if anyone is having problems with an account please
e-mail me, it is the fastest way to get an answer, posting messages on the forum and
hoping i will read it is a bad idea ;-))

rainplanet and blankverse both had there accounts fixed.
emails recieve a reply within 4-8 hours.

That is the timestamp on there directorys
all emails recieve a reply (aslong as there not spam).

The name of the game is good will. I think we all do love fast, reliable, and rich-featured free hosting. But, unfortunately... we can't get just all what we want. So... as long as the hosting provider has a good intention... we should give appreciation...

I am not at Ryza side... just want to be fair...
