free dl manager

i dont know if it should be in this forum but here goes:

anyone know a free dl manager that can pick up redirs and the real file is downloaded
also a pause function
doesnt or can set to not interfere when clicking links
has a drag/drop system and also turn redirs in to the real file please not reget, it has this error where it says Incorrect registration Code!
