Please share what you know about low cost meaning under 7 bucks a month no banner web hosting. The banner on my free site is killing my page load time...Let me know about your low cost web host userry<--G.W. new word--> lol

Your site in your signature ( http://1st.8m.net/ ) took about 4 seconds to load when I just tried.
I am personally willing to wait that long for a page to load.

worldzonepro.net is a cheap host.
and for that price it is great:-)

more expensive one would be e.g. tera-byte.com

and you should be more specific. (webspace needed, features needed, transfer needed)

I've liked Coastland in the past. They were very fast and reliable for $35 per year. 50mg but only 1gb tranfer. I'd also take a look at Prevo at $5 per month for 40mg and 2gb transfer. They look pretty fast too and I've read some good stuff about them.

Maybe http://www.hostyard.com? $39.95 US per year for 200mb and 3gb bandwidth. I've heard it's not bad, though I haven't tried myself.

Actually, maybe you should give more specific needs you have for your site (like space, bandwidth, other features) so the experts on the board can help you. :)

I've just started to host with Servus Networks, run by Donovan. Good speeds and plenty of features, even a static IP address! Their most 'low cost' plan is $4.95/month...check them out at http://www.servus.ws

PS: No, Donovan doesn't give me any incentive to advertise for him. I'm just a happy customer (so far).

Their prices are excellent (ask them about multiple domain hosting packages) but for single domain they start at $5.95 per month.

Support is fantastic, and they're friendly too. Nothing is a problem to these people. Whatever you want, they can provide.

I'm very pleased with VeoWeb and recommend them.
