What's the best replacement you've found for Windows Explorer?

Any out there with built-in image viewers for bmp, gif, png, jpg?

Any out there with built-in media players for wav's, etc?

What's the best you've found?

Do tell...:D

PowerDesk (http://www.ontrack.com/powerdesk/) is a very powerful file management tool. For viewing all types of images, IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/) is there for you. For audio files, Winamp (http://www.winamp.com/) is the tool you can't live without.

I thought Windows Explorer can view thumbnails and has a built-in audio player

I use those all the time.

I prefer this one. Fast, no installation, and powerful. Free, too... ;)
