Web hosts with Cpanel usually have a section where you can install "CGI" scripts. The bulletin board, I think is phpBB.

Yes you can install PhpBB on portland.co.uk using portlandsql free sql host. Click here (http://onedot.port5.com/forum/phpbb/index.php) to see a live demo of phpBB installed on portland.co.uk and portlandsql... ;)

It must be because I am too lazy to read term and conditions... :o Because sometimes our account get deleted without any reason.... :( Anyway, whose term of service you are talking about? Portland. co.uk or Portlandsql? I just visit Portland.co.uk and found these restriction:

The account must not exceed 100MB of transfer each month. 100MB = 10,000 web site hits at 10KB each.

The hosting of adult or illegal material is not permitted.

The hosting of MP3 files is not permitted unless you are the copyright owner of the files.

I tried to access Portlandsql.co.uk but couldn't go through... I think their server is down...

Yes, it says plainly in many places on the PortSQL website that you can't use it for forums, CMS, or other software. It's for websites and learning, not for software.

oh... ok. Thanks for the info... so, it must be more and more difficult to get a free server to host a forum/portal.
