Wondering php/mySQL hosts

Is there any php/mySQL hosts out there without ads. (if it does its standard size allows you place it anywhere on your pages etc..)?

I searching for alternatives to f2s.com and datablocks.net I have been looking around for days :\

You can check out gcsnet.net, but they've got 72 hour popups though, last time I heard.
