No, but Jeff, the owner of the host (I'm guessing he's a reseller...) bought a traffic package from me off of eBay. So, if anyone ever buys a package from him, I would appreciate him I sent you :)

Hmm...I might buy a package from him if he's reliable (I know that he answers emails very quickly) and will beat valcato.net's prices...

Theirs a reason some hosts charge 10.95/mth for the same package as another host charges $1.95 QOS. Cheapest is not always the best option, take ice-cream as an example you can buy "home brand" or you could by a Streets Cornetto, I know which one I would enjoy more :)
