Anyone ever use, or hear anything about http://www.phpwebhosting.com ? Looking for a webhost with php4 support (as an apache module, my current host only has it as a cgi binary, and there not planning to switch any time soon)

I used them a while back... If I recall their "unmetered" traffic is limited to 2GB/month...

Are you sure about this? also does anyone know if they have any downtime, fast/slow servers etc... what about other places that offer the same thing with a cheaper price or even better a yearly plan?
