no ads/any server-side language/reasonable bandwith/no space requirement

I need a host that has atleast some reasonable bandwith (about maybe more than 100 MB), supports PHP/MYSQL, or CGI (doesn't have to be both). I have no specific space requirement, maybe atleast 5 megabytes or something...
