Are there any billpoint-like or ccnow-like companies that let you charge your customers per month or something, like for a web host? The only companies I know of this type is Billpoint, CCnow, and Paypal. Billpoint seems to be eBay-exclusive (or so it seems) now, CCnow won't do charging per month, and Paypal won't either. I think I've come around with a company that does that before but I didn't pay attention to it. Anyone knows?

Also, instabill.com and revecom.com
Really there are quite a few out there, with advantages and disadvantages to each. Instabill has high transaction %'s and a high holdback fee.
