true newbie , need some advance please

hello , i am new to the forum and new to buying webspace
i recently did an order with www.gisol.com , and i think you all can guesse that happened to me :D
i found out about this forum 1 week later i signed up with them , too late though
i did ask two of my friends(experienced, i thought) , sent the site
to them and asked them if they think its ok , and they both said sound cool , and since i am completely new i have no idea if the service's good or bad , so i went for it (i guess my 2 friends are kinda a newbie too after all LOL)
anyone signed up for an order with them and able to get the money back ? if so mind telling me the details please?

i am now trying to find a new reliable server for our comic forum
the server will be just for the forum , we will be using other webspace for the comics , but will still probably be alot of traffic though
what i need is:
php
2 sql
cgi
FTP Account
100mb of space
and 10gb transfer per month
$80-95 per year
can anyone please tell me which company's reliable?

and we are using phpBB 2.0.3 for the comic forum
my friend told me 5-6gb's good but i am making it up to 10 just to be safe :D (and maybe can use the extra for other stuff , might be adding in a chat room)
dont want to all of the sudden get a "the site you are trying to view has reached the bandwidth limit" message
