is it possible to make dedicated game servers on dedicated servers bought from rackshack and all ?
if yes , can someone explain me how to setup game servers

You can do it through SSH. Just read up on how to use SSH and Linux and you'll get there.

I don't think there are any tutorials on this stuff.

How about you rent a server from ReconGamer or something? It'll end up cheaper and you'll get much better pings.
