I need to know about how search engine spiders count title windows. Do they count them as tiny or hidden text. If they do then they would bump you down in the engine ranking...
Here is a link to what a title window is. http://1st.8m.net/title_window.htm

I'd call that a.....damn what's that name?!!!

Anyways, I have no idea if search engines read those. A good way to make it look like text on your page in a search engine, but not actually have the text on your page, it type a short little descritive paragraph on your site in a <input type="hidden" value="Like this.">

It works great when you have a nav menu or something that doesn't contain many of your keywords, but when a search engine indexes your page, the nav menu is what it finds.

all the search engines have their own set of rules - plus they change them from time to time.

I imagine that they will ignore it rather than marking you down as it has a valid reason to be on the site - like alt="..." in an image tag - it's there to help surfers.

hadn't come across it before, nice little exrta and so easy to code :)
