recommend me a good host people~

hi.
i need a new host for my site~.
i am thinking about $10.00 a month with following features.

-2 domain hosting. 1 main. 1 redirect to main.
-full cgi/perl support
-mysql more than 10 accounts (unlimited is always better)
-php
-400 mb or more storage
-5 gig or more transfer
-50 or more emails

that's about it.

i wan a reliable host with a great customer service.

I will suggest 76Hosting.com (http://www.76hosting.com) . I use them for a year. They HAVE the BEST SUPPORT EVER.As for their uptime they have trully 99.999% Uptime. (My site was down only 2 days times in a Year. Contact sales to learn more prices. (If you buy from them please refer "Seldimi" as a refferal please.) I know the admin and can get custom plans or lower prices ... (Not too low though)

And I would suggest www.ProTGP.com -- they have more of some of the things you were asking for (bandwidth, # domains, and unlimited MySQL DB's) and less of others, but they have several account plans, and you can make individual purchases for services (i.e., buy additional bandwidth, diskspace, etc).

Customer support is so friendly and available, I'm thinking of asking one certain female tech rep to marry me ;)

have many broken links and its menu bar doesn't work.
if they can't even build a decent website for themselves,
how are they reliable?

They're not really broken links, they're links that should be in places where they're not. Big difference ;)

I could say in their defense, that they concentrated less on their site so they could build better hosting services, but I'd be basing that on absolutely nothing. :p

I know them personally. I really admit that they care more about their customers rathen than caring for their website. they concentrated their job the previous month on a Control panel (which sell in other companies) and the nice thing is that the other companies gave much money to buy it cause it worth the money (sorry for my syntax and grammar)

i sent an email to their sales dept. and
did not get a reply from them.
if it takes more than 24 hours to respond
an email regarding sales, i'm guessing their tech
support will take much longer.

Do you have an international host? That could be why. All I'm saying, is to not *expect* it. Sure, some do work on Christmas. I haven't found anyone yet that despises Christmas as much as I do, and I plan to work on Christmas! But a person can't make a judgement on a company just because their boss is Ebenizer...Ebinezer...Ebonezer? screw it!... Scrooge.
