There is a lot of empty space at the top of the splash page.
Small, hard to read type on the next page.
Nice colors.

The font on the splash page is hard to read, especially after 1 hour of sleep last night.

I can read the text on the news page just fine :confused2

One more thing: The menu bar, it gives an incomplete feel to it if you know what I mean, Like it makes me think that something else is supposed to load to the right of it.

I like the grey design - my fav colour hehe ;) (not being sarcastic)

Remove the advertisement - it's not needed and just takes up space! The button text should be darker, the grey is a little too hard to read against that light background.

As with others, there's too much space above the splash image. Everything else if fine though, because I don't see the ads.
