They do that often. They used to say they only allowed a certain number of signups per month, so it sounds like they're actually letting more new people in now than they used to. Since they don't seem to have much of a profit motive, or at least I can't figure out how they profit from giving away the space, it's understandable that they don't see a need to always be able to accept everyone who wants to sign up at all times.

And don't scare me with a thread title like that, please. :eek:

When I first signed up with them back when they started accepting new apps they were slower than hell.

I signed up about 3 months ago also and I'm on server 32, it seems ok to me. But I can't really judge speed as most sites seem the same speed to me on my 56k modem that runs at 28.8 speed.
