Looking for a cheap host that would'nt mine what u link too. It has to have: cgi, perl, php, mysql, ftp, 100mb space, 5 gig transfer. I want to pay by money order, and looking to pay no more than 50 dollars a year.

May I ask what you are planning on linking to? If you don't wish to post it, then I would suggest that you browse the hosts in the webhosting offers forum and read their terms of service regarding links.

Reputable hosts are quite fussy about that :classic2:

we as a hosting company say that users should have complete control over there site as they Pay for it them selvs but we do not allow the linking of child porn websites
