IMO you need a sentence or two at the start of your explanation of the purpose of your site that really simplfies it, because those big words are so chunky lol.

The design is okay, nothing special. Those buttons need to have more info on them, like where do they take you exactly? :confused:

All the buttons on the left should be squished together, and the text could probably be widened on both sides.
