I certainly know why it disappeared. The announcement was set to expire on 01-01-03! (Don't ask me why, though!) :)

Don't get excited kiddies, you all know the rules and they still apply. :p

Peo and Todd have been notified, now it just depends who first gets to reset the date.

Good catch, thanks. The announcement expiration date has now been extended. I'm glad chaos didn't break out without the rules. :D

That can also happen at times with the rules in place. I remember once such day (and I wasn't here even), when Webdude, Chicken, Mandrake and Todd were flat out deleting threads of the same person who signed up in about 4 names in quick succession and posted a heap of junk threads, mainly very insulting.
