I need a reliable and cheap ASP.NET host (that supports VB.NET). I would need about 20 megs of space at least, about 3GB or so of bandwidth, preferably with a database (but not necessary) and pop3 e-mail. The most important thing to me is reliability, it has to have good uptime, especially for their e-mail server.

Their ASP.NET hosting starts at $19.95/month, ouchies. I was hoping for something cheap, like say $100 per year or so.

It is pretty much the most reliable and best high-spec hosting on the internet.

Remember:

SCSI drives + Internap bandwidth = teh win

ASP.NET is relatively new, it will be expensive to host.
