What time does NetworkSolutions opens its database when they became free the not renewed (expired) domains?

Never? I'm still waiting on a couple domains which expired last November...

They make the expired domains avaiable, it may takes from 30 days to ???. The problem is what time in the day you have to monitorate to minimize the risk to loose for another one quickier.

There is no specified time, they release the domains they want to, when they want to. I think you can safely ignore the 'expires on' line in a whois.

I e-mail NetSolutions when a domain I wanted was overdue for 3 months. They let it go in the week

I just wrote a script to check the availability of all 1, 2, and 3 letter .coms, .nets, and .orgs. So far after checking about 6,000 names, none are available for registration. Just about 45,000 to go.
