boot from cd/floppy disc? HELP

What do you do to make when the comp restart, it will boot from the floppy disc or the cd?
It is a notebook with win XP.
Please help

When the system is booting up, press the DEL key and you will be taken into the BIOS Screen. Click on the Advanced Settings and make sure that CD-ROM is set to FIRST BOOT.

Also, this should be in the Computers Section.

if it didnt boot into the drive the way you wanted, just go to your motherboard settings, and reset the boot priority settings.
