Need this just for testing stuff:

php not in safe mode
$HTTP_REFERER enabled
in english
ads ok
ftp
mail() enabled (optional)

I'm afraid that most free hosts disable mail() and run in safe mode to prevent abuse. :(

However, PM me. I can try to setup a mini-account for you. :)

if it's just for testing why not just install Apache and PHP on your computer?

Well, I'm mainly testing http_referer which has to come from a clicked link...and my box has no space left on it....:(
