This template was designed with a hosting company in mind, but can be used for any business.

the main color (header) can be adjust to any color of your liking, here is an example in green.:

Pricing:
JUST the PSD file (with customization such as colors and modifying links) $180
but i'll prefer to sell it in a package, which includes:
ANY customization to the template
The PSD file.
Sliced images.
HTML page of the main page.
HTML page of the sub page (for the rest of your site)
3 Banner designs to promote your new site. (any size)
for $250
