Thanks to their unlimited upload size, I had uploaded some family videos and they forbid that. What's the point of unlimited file size then ?!
Anyway, is there any other similar deal in town ?

You could always put your videos on a storage site like http://www.freedrive.com or http://www.driveways.com

You could link to them but the person would have to have an account at whichever site, and download the file before viewing.

But the file size isn't unlimited! It's limited to 11MB.

Of course, Cracker will come and say, "naw, they only claim to be 11MB, actually there isn't any limit. Take a look at my page for instance." ;)

yeah, I'v found it to b unlimited too. btw, where does it say the upload limit is 11MBs anyway? I've never seen that or maybe I just didn't bother reading the terms and stuff.

I said that the aggregate hard drive space one may use on Nbci is not limited; I didn't say anything about individual file size limits - they still have an upload limit of 11 MB per individual file size. Hell, none of my site's files are even 1 MB!

Did you actually put html files at rootsweb? I've seen so many accounts with just files, it isn't funny. Anyway, my movies were under a directory, which was also under another directory. So...I may have disguised them being there. Right now I get over 150 hits/day and they haven't said anything.
