CGI Guestbook

I am trying to add a guestbook to my website. But I keep on getting errors, mainly the when I submit the guestbook details it goes to a blank page.

I changed all of the settings in the guestbook CHMOD'ed it -is there something else I need to do???

I was trying to add the guestbook to Hypermart, taht I downloaded from hypermart.
