Both are under 10 bucks, and are often mentioned here.
There are even cheaper ones, but I forgot the name.

I just paid a visit to both sites. @ http://www.gkg.net domains costs $9.99 each. @ http://www.joker.com domains costs 12 EU... that's like $10.something! But I remember people saying here that it's supposed to be less than 10 dollars...?? Somebody clear this up for me.

Last month I used Joker and it was $11.29. Depends on the exchange rate...

I use Go Daddy (http://www.godaddy.com) and have no problems. And they only charge $8.95.

http://CheapestRegistry.com is the best I've used and the cheapest at $8.75 each with no minimum. I've bought a bunch through them with no problems. They are a wholesaler for eNom Inc, have an easy online interface to make changes, URL redirection and email fowarding.
