I have both my domain names registered with Alldns.com and up until now I've had no problems. But I've tried for the past week to make changes to my accounts, but they are not sending confirmation messages and didn't answer a recent message. I also tried to call their 800 number and it's been disconnection. This doesn't sound good. Does anyone know if they've gone out of business? If so I guess I'll need to transfer the domains to another server. Any recommendations on ones with cheap prices?
Thanks in advance!

Cheap ones:
* namecheap.com (8.88$)
* joker.com

There seems to be a multitude of problems with this company.
We are not alone, I have tried just about everything to resolve my problems, but with no success.
I did stumble across the General Manager of ALLDNS's private email address though, and am presently sending him an email every two days.
His name is Derek Conant, and he has other associations with Domain organisations, perhaps you would like to mail him regularly too?
If you type "Derek Conant" into Google's search engine, it will take little time to find it (I don't want to break the rules by publishing it here).
You may also like to see what I wrote to ICANN watch which is here:

Best of luck
I search around the Web using search keywords like "ALLDNS problem" every couple of weeks, and come across postings like yours - lets keep up the campaigning I'm sure it will eventually pay off, and hopefully stop others from having similar problems.
