Profile system?

I need help, is there anyway i could set up a profile system. I dont mean anyway but an easy way is there a script out there that lets someone login and make a profile and can change it anytime. I was thinking of making it through the forums but i want something more professional.
If not ill just add some more text slots in the forums profile.
and get the text from the forums to show up on the website...

Just write the scripts to add more stuff to the forums DB. Then run queries to gather the info from the forum DB and send it back to the page.
