He is still so happy that he thinks he did the right thing.

It's just like this. The Chinese society is not as easy as being in the white people society.

Chinese people always want to make themselves better and make people cheaper, such as that my English skill is better than him and he always tried to show that he's good and make people think I suck.

Ok, let me tell you the exact thing he did.

Before this, he often tried to make people think I suck, because some of my other friends told me.
Yesterday, I paid the money to the Chinese Club for going to the party next week. And he's the treasurer of Chinese Club, and he said I never paid the money and he told the teacher I didn't pay.

I just can't take this SICK HABITS no more.

Tell the teacher to count the money, and he'll see theres one share that dosnt belong to anyone on the list (thats yours)

If he took the money (how much was it? alot?) then tell him to give it back. If he dosnt, go see his dad. If that dosnt help, goto police station and report stolen cash. That should teach him.

Oh, and dont argue with the teachers that he's this and that.

If his dad dosnt cooperate, walk down to your police station and file a complaint or something of that sort against him.
He's a minor so nothing will happen to him, he'll just have to give back the money. But it'll still be quite embarassing for him to have the cops come to collect some money.'

Oh, the school never pays any money to the club, and 2 days ago, i read the newspapers which were printed from my school, it said that school is cutting many classes and clubs spendings.

That's why we gotta pay.
