Uploading Large Files?

Does anyone know of a site that supports large files (over 30 mb), is fast, doesnt delete, and the files can be shared publicly?

from what ive found its usualy one or the other

Those kind of services die quickly because of abusers.

Host it on your computer if you have a static IP, and if your ISP allows it.

If you don't have a static IP you could use something like http://www.no-ip.com

Course you are limited by the upstream of your connection.

http://www.selfhost.com is nice too for dynamic IP people.
