I'm looking for a good host for my friend's site. Its a site with her art stuff and is mostly anime. So its simple, so I want a host that's nice and simple, and has:

-an average of about 10mb or more
-no ads
-FTP would be nice

I don't really know a whole lot about PHP, CGI, or ASP, so that's about it.

Thanks!

why don't you try searching for what you want in search engines it should be fairly easy to find what you are looking for.
