Okay.... *takes deep breath*
http://www.freeforminteractive.com/web_hosting.asp
I couldn't connect...
http://members.designheaven.com
They're fast, have 50MB, pre-made scripts (in other words, no CGI, PHP etc.), "really unlimited" bandwidth. In return, you'll place a banner on every page, you *have* to have a site with free fonts and graphics for other people to grab (you're allowed to have other topic sites as a secondary site, but you must have to have a graphics site). Oh, yeah, they also say you can't use graphics taken from the web.
http://www.digibel.be
Are you sure this is free??
http://www.calliejo.com
Powered by Community Architech, you get 20MB, unlimited email accounts, FTP, site copier, pre-made scripts. What they meant by "Your own personalized domain name" is merely a stupid subdomain.
http://signup.student.net.au/cgi-bin/show_me?page=webpages.txt&title=A+FREE+Website
Same as above.
http://usa.internations.net
Internations has been around for a while. Pretty fast, 100MB space. They'll award a lucky winner each month "unlimited" space, FTP and subdomain and another a domain.
http://www.escalix.com/freepage
Couldn't connect as well.
http://members.rotfl.com
From their signup page: "ROTFL Online is presently not accepting new accounts due to the system is being redesigned, please check back in the future for signing up new accounts.
Feb 19, 2000 - Our SCSI Drive that stores email has become damaged and is under repair, until this can be fixed members area & email are not functioning =(."
They used to offer only 5MB anyways...
http://freewebtools.com/hosting.shtml
CA powered too.
http://www.pagespin.net
This fwp was mentioned before in another thread.
http://www.exit.mytoday.de
Sorry, I don't understand German. Slow too. Offers 25MB, that's all I know. (I was only able to load the title...?)
http://www.scubacity.com
Entire site has sumthin to do with diving... you get to choose a lot of domain names as your domain. So your site URL goes http://www.thenameIchose.com/yourmembername/ They also have a limit of 100 members per domain name. Must've used homefree, I don't know how much space they offer (I didn't sign up).
http://www.thai4free.com (PHP, Thai)
As ashben and the domain name suggested, it's mainly in Thai language, there's this small area with poor English descriptions of the services they offer.
"Unlimited data spaces.
Unlimited data tranfers.
CGI / Perl supported and also ASP supported.
Database engine supported such as SQL , PHP3 , PHP4.
Allowed to make money from your website."
Sounds superb, too bad it's all Thai. :(
http://www.se-ed.net (Thai)
This is completely Thai, don't understand ----.
http://www.headmaker.com (Thai)
Same as above.
Whew! :)
Where did you find all these fwps, ashben? Did you do a search with some search engine or what?

Tells english ppl to go here:
http://www.thai4free.com/eng/
where you read this:
Unlimited data spaces.
Unlimited data tranfers.
CGI / Perl supported and also ASP supported.
Database engine supported such as SQL , PHP3.
Then has link to blank and broken pages :-(
Anyone know of a thia to english online translator?

Thanks LeX! Well, I don't actually search for each FWP. I scripted this "bot" in ASP.NET which scans & pings for search engine results & directory listings for the most relevant/suitable results. Unfortunately I can't run it all the time (which would give us better results) since I'm on a dialup modem most of the time.
But, I'll have some more coming soon :-)

I don't think it's possible to translate Thai-to-English, same goes for all the Asian languages. Asian and European languages have different origins, thus making it difficult to translate.
Dunno, just my guess.
