and
http://vegetawrath.dbzr2k.net/topimage.jpg
1.how do you make those lines in the background? not the square one but the fine little lines running from left to right
2.how do i change the color so the look one color like in the background of this pic its blue
3.how do I cut the images right to the edges so when you paste it on another there is a fine line there and you can't tell the difference
4.how do you put two images together so you can see one through another

That's a lot, but here I go:
1. On the first link, they are on the forground. But on the background, you need to make the background of the image invisable, then draw the line, and blur them a litle
2.Do you mean the seconde image? Well, just fill the background with the color you want
3.I don't really get it. First you say that there must be a line, an then you say that you cannot see the difference.
4.Make them in differant layers and make them partal transpartant.
Hope this helps you, I explaned it for PSP. If you use some other progy, it's probily the same. If you use Paint: use a better program!

Maybe you can explain it more clearer maybe with screenshoots? also for no.3 what I meant is how do you cut out your pics so that there is just a fine line and you can't see the difference that you have cut it, like say the pic has a blue bakground but then you cut it some how so you can't see the blue background but there is a fine line

I use PSP7, piieew there are people using PSP for webdesign.
Well, you asked for it:
1.OK, first, open or draw(merge to one layer) the image that you want to edit. Seconde make a new layer behind the image you just opened, drawed. Than, Select the background of the first layer(the opened, drawed image) with the magic wand. Press 'Delete'. Then, select the seconde layer. Choose the line tool. Draw the lines(copy and paste). If your done: in the effects menu choose blur>Gaussian blu(that give a nicer effect) and try a few values. DONE
2.Don't think this needs explenating? Well, select the fill tool and click on the space you want to color.
3. Use the crop tool. Drag the line, and click on the 'Crop image' button. Than select the entire image (CTRL+A), copy(CTRL+c), and paste it on the target image (CTRL+L, for a new layer).
4. Open the images you want to use. Then create a blank image. Copy and past all the images on the blank one as a new layer. Then drag the bars on the right of the layers to 75 or 50%.
Hope this clears up things.
