I would doubt it very much :) They are one of the cheapest for regular domains as it is, but to have it private also, I doubt you could do better. :)

btw--just realized. When you paypal namecheap (same price as regular cc reg $8.88) to register it, all the contact info points to namecheap by default.
You won't be violating anything.

Damn! Didn't realise until know they only accept credit cards... Are there some other private domain registrar that accepts for example PayPal?
