I have downloaded the triall.. and b4 i purchase it... i want to no if tehre is a web based admin app thing for it... is that possible? someone help me

basically i want to b able to initiate and terminate it from another computer.. via network...

I don't know about Bulletproof ftpd,
but you can try serv-u, and i think it got options for you to shut it down remotely.

If serv-u is not you option, you can try a remote admin program, such as winvnc, remote admin, pc anywhere, or others of your favorites.
