Using a newsletter, How could i make money out of it????
Also, When i have pop-up ads. Is it how many times the ad pops up or how many times people click on the links?????
Finally, what is the ad company paying most for pay per clicks???

and... ;) (also in sig)

Newsletter:
By far the best way to capitalise on this is to direct-sell your advertising. Until you manage to strike up such a deal, though, you can use links from Websponsors.com or another CPA merchant who allows this. You could also investigate the solutions offered by the major ad agencies, such as Engage, Burst and DoubleClick, all of whom support an email marketing solution.

Popups:
Most popup brokers work on a CPM basis (PopupTraffic, AllClicks Exit, GoClick, FastClick, PopupSponsor, ExitFuel). This means that you are paid every time the popup loads. Some (PopupNation, Focalex, etc) pay on a CPA basis, so someone has to perform a certain action, such as sign up for a newsletter, in order to produce revenue.
