Need with Script that meets............

I'm looking for a PHP news posting script that is like this.

1. Most recent post is in full text on a page that I desire.

2. At the end of the post is a link for example "archives", "logs".

3. On the index/archive page is a list of all the past posts that link the reader to the full text of the old post.

I posted on this earlier but my search came up empty, I'm hoping that one of ya'll will know a script that is like this. Some examples of what I want:
