Is there a program like dreamweaver but for DHTML. (i'm making a menu). One customised for making menus would be nice :)

The best thing to do would probably be to learn it yourself. there is a lot mor flexability that way. The time you spend learning it will pay off in the end. believe me.

just keep plugging away

adapting programs you have 'found' is a good start - just remember that each browser has it's own DOM (document object model), how it refers to things like images forms etc
