Check your Startup folder for All Users and your user name. Check the registry keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Run
HKEY_USERS>(all of them)>Software>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Run
Check all of these for things you didn't put in there. Beyond that...format c:
[edit]
Also, run AdAware or something...before formatting that is ;)

I guess formatting would be your only other option.

AVERT has no information for Opas.X, sure you're spelling it right?

I'd format. It's actually not that hard to switch over...I got a new computer, I'm now up and running again with a new version of Windows (well, older actually) and most of the programs I like running again. Granted, I copied some of them over, and the installations for others, but some I had to totally reinstall...but it's not as nasty as you'd think, formatting and reinstalling.
