When I SSH into a linux server, is there a command line command that lets me check bandwidth on my account?

It depends, are you logged in as root or as a user.

It's somewhere in the apache forlders, quota dir If I remember,

cat yourusername

I found it once, but I forgot,
and I lost my ssh access so I cant log in now :(
