Where is the HOSTS file?

Ok, so I installed KaZaA Lite and now I don't see any ads. I want to see the ads again, however, so I tried to find the HOSTS file.

I looked in C:\WINNT\ but there was no such thing. I even searched for HOSTS and it found no results. What seems to be the problem? :confused:

Mine used to be there too.
