There aren't too many flash sites I like cause I'm running off of a 56k and I have absolutely no patience at all for waiting flash to load. But one site I like is ultimatearcade.com and newgrounds.com (sick, sick, sick I know ;))

Flash always loads completely for me, If I'm in a good mood to wait for them to load ;)
