I downloaded a template from guistuff but ......

it a photoshop file

i edited the nessary changes i want in the photoshop file then what i do next? how do i add into my web site?

slice it if its not yet sliced and then save it for the web.. thats located in the "File" menu.

save it on the web in jpg form? how do i insert to dreamweaver mx? insert image then put at the place you want?

either in jpg or gif, depends on what is the best quality and the least file size. basically, you can open the .html file that it will create into dreamweaver and add images as you want.
