Can folders in the C:\WINNT directory be deleted, there is a whole series of them.

In general with NT I don't think you can if they are system files. I don't know NT very well so I don't completely know.

They're the uninstall files of the various Windows Update fixes. If you don't think you're going to uninstall them, then delete them.
