I was just looking through my firewall logs and got a probe from someone who has a NetBIOS ID of DABOMBACOMPUTA

Other funny/interesting ones that showed up in the past month:
URANUS
OBELIX (comic book character that carries around big blocks of rock for those that don't know)
PRINTER (why would you call a computer a printer? :confused: )
PONYEXPRESS

So what did you call your computer when you installed windows? Or pet names for it are allowed too :)

Btw, I used to have a computer that was named Printer, oddly enough, all it did was serve as a printer server. It doesn't make sense why a computer named printer would be a printer server, don't ya think?

That would have been my guess too but the port probes were for two popular file sharing programs so someone's obviously using it for something besides printing :)
